Created strategy and facilitated process to co-create the design and construction of a revised operating model and pricing structure that provides agencies choice and transparency.
Results:
Exceeded the objectives of the initiative, creating not only hybrid cloud service options but improving the digital experience for consumers with a new, self-provisioning service catalog, improved data quality, and options to better align services with business requirements through self- and semi-managed services.
